Flawless, devoted, detail-oriented, intelligent, talented – only a few words to describe the incredible Elisabeth Scott. Though we are saddened by her departure from Flawless to return to her previous career in Corporate Real Estate management, we celebrate all of her gifts to our organization.

Elisabeth’s determination never ceased from her first day on the job to her last, proving herself to be an instant leader and a person who would come to touch all of our hearts. Throughout every situation, Elisabeth quickly and gracefully approached anything that came her way. Flawless Foundation founder, Janine Francolini, poignantly described Elisabeth “She is my most flawless partner from the first day that she stepped into the office…we always saw things through the same lens and navigated every twist and turn of our flawless journey together with love and laughter.

How did she work her magic? As the mastermind behind so much of our work, Elisabeth was a true game-changer for Flawless. Her expertise in marketing and communications led Flawless with Janine to share our message on brain health and our vision of seeing the perfection in everyone to countless sources and audiences. From events to outreach programs, Elisabeth would accomplish so much with great focus to ensure each project was successfully completed to perfection.

As the internal backbone for the Flawless team, everyone came to Elisabeth for advice, guidance, or a question concerning any given topic. Her helping hand and optimistic attitude was inspiring and inevitably improved the work of the Flawless Foundation. Not only was she the one to converse with when it came to the business aspects of our work, she was always a bright light that left us with smiles and laughter after a long day on the road covering an event or in the office. Her brilliance and attention to detail helped Flawless become what it is today – implementing professionalism and authenticity into the pillars that represent our mission.

As a farewell to our flawless friend, here are some love notes from a few members of the Flawless Team:

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your flawless presence and devotion to all of us Flawless, and most importantly, to our mission over these past 3 years. Thank you for guiding me through absolutely everything Flawless. You were always so helpful and patient with me when teaching me new skills. Everything I have learned from you will help me immensely in my future career path. You make everything look so easy, which I know it’s not. You’re able to send out a tweet with a quote as the person is just finishing their sentence! You have made a difference in mental health, social media, event coverage, and tutorials. I can’t explain how much you have taught me. Also, I am very jealous of your workout ethic waking up at 5 am to go on runs! We’re gonna miss you at Flawless but best of luck in your future endeavors, and thank you again for everything.
