My name is Rashad Green. I’m a former Division I football player from Tulane University, where I majored in Kinesiology. I’ve always been passionate about health, especially staying physically fit. But since joining the Flawless Foundation, I’ve discovered a deeper interest in mental health. It’s become clear to me that healing the brain IS healing the body, and this experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Outside of my work with Flawless, I coach football at my former high school. It’s my way of giving back to the community.
One of my favorite moments at Flawless was the opportunity I had to sit down and talk with board member Dr. George Giuliani, a professor and clinical psychologist. We didn’t just talk about daily tasks or surface-level things. We talked about life, my future, and what it really means to help people. That conversation stuck with me because it wasn’t just about advice; it was about guidance and showed his commitment to my professional development. George’s willingness to invest time in helping me explore my goals reminded me why I chose this path in the first place. That meeting showed me how impactful this work can be and inspired me to stay committed to my journey toward becoming a therapist. back, sharing the knowledge and discipline the sport gave me, and continuing to mentor the next generation.
In my free time, I love hanging out with friends and grabbing some of my favorite foods. Anything with seafood or Southern flavor. Flawless has played a huge part in helping me realize that my passion lies in helping others, especially when it comes to mental wellness. And for that, I’m incredibly grateful.
My name is Makayla Bynes and I just graduated from high school and am excited to be an intern at Flawless. One of my favorite moments so far has been the check-in at the beginning of our weekly meeting. It was a chance for everyone to share whatever was on their mind, whether it was something they were going through, excited about, or just needed to let out. It made the space feel so safe and supportive. I liked how there was no pressure to be perfect, just real. That kind of openness really stood out to me and made me feel seen and heard.
I’ve heard so many great things about how the wellness workshops bring people together and create safe, inspiring spaces. I’m really looking forward to experiencing one this week. I know it’ll be something meaningful and uplifting, especially anything focused on mental wellness, leadership, or youth.
I’m really into sports, especially golf and cheer, which I played while in high school. Golf helped me stay focused and grounded, while cheer brought out my energy, confidence, and love for performing as part of a team. Before any game or performance, I liked to get in the zone by listening to music and saying a quick prayer to calm my nerves and clear my mind.
One of my biggest hobbies is makeup. It’s how I express myself creatively and have fun. In my free time, I love doing makeup looks, hanging out with friends, and enjoying peaceful moments to recharge. My favorite food is seafood (especially crab legs!), and I’m definitely an animal lover, even though I don’t have a pet right now.

My name is Niala Smith, and I am a recent graduate of Palm Beach Lakes Community High School. This fall, I will begin my journey at Hampton University in Virginia, where I plan to double major in Journalism and Political Science.
I have a passion for dance, shopping, traveling, and working—anything that allows me to grow, explore, and connect with others. I approach every opportunity with excitement and an open heart, always eager to embrace new experiences.
My connection to Flawless runs deep. As someone with a younger brother on the autism spectrum, I’ve had firsthand experience with the challenges—and beauty—of living with and loving someone who sees the world a little differently. I was immediately drawn to the mission of Flawless. The organization’s commitment to helping individuals grow and heal is truly inspiring, and I’m honored to now be a part of that vision.
One of my most meaningful experiences with Flawless so far has been visiting centers such as Mental Health America and NAMI. It’s heartwarming to witness how much the participants appreciate the workshops and support provided by Flawless. The mutual respect and joy between the team and those they serve is palpable. Tre and Jannie bring such passion and authenticity to their work, and their impact is undeniable.
I’m incredibly excited to continue contributing to this mission and to be a part of the meaningful change Flawless is creating in the world.
