Today is my last day working with the Flawless Foundation after six incredible years, and it feels impossible to sum up how meaningful this journey has been. I joined Flawless right before the start of my senior year of high school, not fully realizing how profoundly this work would shape my life, my career path, and the person I am today.
Very early on, I had the opportunity to attend the Mental Health America Conference in New Hampshire. I met the Flawless team in person, connected with mental health and policy leaders from around the country, and saw firsthand how urgent and impactful Flawless’s mission truly is. That experience made me even more grateful and excited to be part of this work.

Over the years, I’ve learned from so many incredible Flawless team members who have generously shared their experience, wisdom, and encouragement. Flawless has never just been a workplace; it has always felt like a family. Being able to pass along what I’ve learned to others has been one of my favorite parts of the job.

Working with Flawless through college also gave me the chance to do outreach in New Orleans, a community that means so much to me. Bringing brain health education and conversations into spaces I care about deeply is something I will always be grateful for.
While I’ve learned an incredible amount about brain health, I’ve also learned a lot about myself, both personally and professionally. The tools, language, and perspective I’ve gained through Flawless have helped me navigate my own roadblocks and show up better for friends going through tough times. They’ve also helped me understand how my skills can be used to make a real difference: something I will carry with me into everything I do next.
Flawless Foundation will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this chapter; you have changed my life in ways I will never forget.
